I have been training with Emily in her garden studio for nearly four months now and it’s honestly been one of the most positive things I have done.
I had ideas about what I wanted to achieve but no idea how to go about them on my own which meant I never got started.
Emily really listened to my thoughts and goals to make my weekly sessions bespoke, varied and enjoyable (mostly 😜!) - it’s kept me challenged and accountable.
Emily encourages me to push myself each session and realise what I am capable of in an entirely supportive and really importantly for me, non judgemental way.
I love the fact I’m given a summary of each session with ideas to adapt exercises to try at home.

I really enjoy the Sunday morning group sessions with Emily. The mix of resistance training and some cardio is well-structured and challenging, offering a great full-body workout or targeted muscle group session, changing it up each week. She’s knowledgeable and attentive, always happy to help with proper technique and offering helpful guidance and support throughout. It’s a great way to get consistent workouts and make progress in a supportive group setting.
